Best Service Raya, a leading name in mobile distribution, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Mobile Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach, distributing mobile phones and SDA products, and building strong relationships with wholesalers and dealers. Key Responsibilities- Drive the distribution and sales of mobile phones and SDA products to wholesalers and dealers along assigned routes.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and daily distribution objectives.
- Manage debt recovery by collecting outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers efficiently.
- Maintain optimal stock levels at distributor locations and promote new products as directed by management.
- Identify customer needs, resolve daily conflicts, and provide exceptional support to enhance satisfaction and boost sales.
- Submit accurate daily sales reports, maintain updated customer records, and handle routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure all company property and assigned assets are properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
- Proven, mandatory experience in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and mobile accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and determination to achieve and surpass targets.
- Strong understanding of distribution chain profitability and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
