We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Sales Person / Storekeeper to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our school store and retail activities.
Key Responsibilities- Greet students, staff, and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory items at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Process sales transactions, bag purchases, issue receipts, and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Assist with routine stock-taking, supply monitoring, and overall inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak school hours.
- BSc, HND, or Diploma degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Previous working experience as a cashier, storekeeper, or in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate digital tools and basic software.
- Excellent numeracy skills with proven accuracy in handling cash and calculations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
