About the Role
Elvaridah is hiring a vibrant and customer-centric Sales Representative for a fashion store located along Ogudu Road, Lagos. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming fashion enthusiasts, offering expert styling advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly and provide professional styling suggestions, size options, and outfit recommendations.
- Drive store revenue by actively meeting daily and monthly sales targets, cross-selling, and upselling merchandise.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation by organizing clothing rails, steaming garments, and keeping fitting rooms spotless.
- Support stock management activities including receiving new inventory, pricing items, conducting stock counts, and monitoring shop floor supplies.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and special brand events or photoshoots.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality with a genuine passion for fashion.
- Strong basic numeracy and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Must reside in close proximity to Ogudu, Lagos or be able to commute easily.
