Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-conscious, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing retail team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, providing personalized styling recommendations, and maintaining our brand's premium image. We are seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored styling advice and product recommendations.
- Drive daily store sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor by properly displaying and merchandising inventory.
- Process accurate customer payments, manage point-of-sale systems, and handle daily till reconciliations.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, including consistent follow-ups with VIP clientele.
- Manage inventory levels, receive new deliveries, tag merchandise, and participate in regular stock audits.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for fashion, personal styling, and current retail trends.
- Basic numerical proficiency and computer literacy, with familiarity using POS systems as an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦150,000.
