In this dual-capacity role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our retail space remains immaculately clean while providing exceptional customer service in a bustling fitness and sportswear environment.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customers, showcase premium gym equipment and sportswear, and expertly demonstrate the features of footwear, apparel, and hardware.
- Assist cashiers and store representatives with sales transactions while ensuring all store products and displays are thoroughly cleaned every day.
- Arrange, clean, and restock merchandise displays strategically to maximize visual appeal and promote ongoing brand activations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments smoothly, and handle customer returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the entire store to create a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience working as a sales representative or store assistant in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and comfort in dealing with a diverse pool of customers and clients.
- Outstanding time-management, organizational, and typing skills.
