You will collaborate closely with distributors, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and channel partners to guarantee consistent product availability, stimulate demand, and consistently surpass revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive aggressive sales growth and expand the customer base within the Akwa Ibom territory
  • Manage and nurture robust, long-term relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure consistent product availability and merchandising across all assigned channel partners
  • Monitor dynamic market activity, competitor pricing strategies, and evolving customer needs
  • Prepare, organize, and submit comprehensive daily and weekly sales performance reports
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution
  • Demonstrated expertise in territory management, channel sales, and market penetration
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills
  • High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and a strong willingness to travel extensively within Akwa Ibom state
  • Must currently reside in or be based in Akwa Ibom
