About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Representative / Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our dynamic retail business by maintaining accurate records, reconciling daily sales, and tracking inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile daily sales and cashier records, matching cash, POS, and transfer transactions across all terminals.
- Work closely with the store and inventory teams to track stock levels, monitor shrinkage, and post inventory adjustments to the general ledger.
- Maintain accurate vendor and supplier accounts, process incoming invoices, and track payments due promptly.
- Post daily accounting entries, manage petty cash disbursements, and assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly sales, expense, and profit reports for supermarket management.
- HND or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within the fast-paced retail or supermarket industry in Nigeria.
- Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP.
- High attention to detail, excellent numerical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
