About the Role
Amani Advisory Limited is seeking a polished and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's prestigious retail team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while driving sales of premium, high-end fragrances. The ideal candidate possesses deep product knowledge, refined customer engagement skills, and the proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with a high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients professionally and provide tailored, expert fragrance consultations based on individual preferences.
- Drive individual and store sales targets while consistently maintaining the highest standards of luxury customer service.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with repeat customers and VIP clientele to foster brand loyalty.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of fragrance notes, brand heritage, collections, and limited-edition launches.
- Assist with daily store operations, including POS transactions, inventory management, and maintaining an immaculate sales floor.
- Address customer inquiries, manage after-sales support, and follow up with clients regarding special offers and new arrivals.
- HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in retail sales, with a strong preference for luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion environments.
- Previous experience serving high-net-worth or premium clientele is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with high attention to detail.
- Immaculate professional appearance, refined demeanor, and a genuine passion for the luxury fragrance industry.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and secure cash-handling procedures.
