About the Role
Avery Nigeria Limited (ANL), the leading supplier of electronic and mechanical weighing equipment, inkjet coding systems, and airport service equipment in Nigeria since 1969, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in marketing and selling our specialized industrial products, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities- Market and sell the company's products and services to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to establish new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs.
- Review quarterly sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and service packages.
- Work proactively towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and send detailed quotations, tenders, and business proposals.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidate must not be more than 30 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably involving industrial machines, equipment, machinery, or technical engineering products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing and after-sales management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
