About the Role
Dallas Communications Limited, a prominent gadget retail and e-marketplace operator incorporated in Nigeria in 2007, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative. We specialize in original smartphones, laptops, gaming consoles, and accessories covered by official manufacturer warranties. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the ideal tech solutions while driving store revenue and maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Engage actively with walk-in and online customers to understand their tech needs and recommend appropriate gadgets and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and official warranty coverages of smartphones, laptops, and consoles.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the company point-of-sale and e-commerce inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product display.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, competitor offerings, and new gadget releases in the Nigerian market.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, retail associate, or similar role, preferably within the Nigerian tech or gadget retail sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Deep passion for consumer electronics, smartphones, laptops, and gaming tech.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail management software or e-commerce platforms.
