About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our market presence, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue through effective field sales strategies within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities- Visit various markets to promote company products, identify prospective clients, and generate consistent sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase overall market share and sales volume.
- Compare prices and product features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions based on their needs.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets to contribute directly to company growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market research reports.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure that product stocks are consistently replenished.
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and inquiries regarding ongoing discounts and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt and accurate processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Possession of an OND or HND in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a sales representative, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Must reside around the Ajah, Ijora, Apongbon, or Lawanson axis in Lagos.
