We are currently looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing expert guidance on cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and other content creation equipment.
- Understand customers' unique creative goals and recommend the most suitable products and technical solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage inventory displays to ensure an appealing showroom.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, camera technologies, and gear releases to provide authoritative advice.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels with professionalism and promptness.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a technical sales environment, preferably within consumer electronics or photography gear.
- Deep passion for photography, videography, and content creation with a strong foundational knowledge of camera and audio equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and work well within a team.
