Key Responsibilities- Drive active sales initiatives to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist walk-in and online customers by understanding their fitness needs and recommending the most suitable equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all fitness products, specifications, and industry trends.
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and excellent in-store shopping experience for every visitor.
- Process transactions accurately and follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Candidates must reside within Yaba or its immediate environs for easy commute.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a target-driven commercial environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living is a strong added advantage.
