About the Role
ShopperMayor is a leading U.S. procurement and freight forwarding service designed specifically for Nigerian shoppers. We bridge the access gap by allowing individuals and businesses in Nigeria to seamlessly shop from popular American retail giants such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Nike that typically block local Nigerian payment cards or refuse direct shipping to Lagos. We are currently looking for a vibrant and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at our office in Ajao Estate, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition and promote ShopperMayor procurement and freight forwarding services to prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about U.S. shopping and shipping processes, and guide clients through onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators set by management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regular shoppers and business clients in Nigeria.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the Nigerian e-commerce and logistics space.
- Must reside within Ajao Estate, Lagos, or its immediate environs to ensure seamless daily on-site attendance.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in an in-person, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce, U.S. online retail, or logistics services is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in a related field.
