Premium Human Resource Solution Limited is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Agent Field Officer to join our client's expanding team in Abuja. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial inclusion by promoting retail banking products, expanding our agent network, and delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new retail customers and banking agents onto the platform.
- Facilitate smooth account opening processes and ensure accurate KYC documentation collection.
- Actively market and sell diverse financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Conduct check pickups and revenue collection activities within designated territories.
- Prepare comprehensive call memos and maintain up-to-date target market lists.
- Assist customers with loan request documentation and respond promptly to product inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to drive consistent platform usage and loyalty.
- Minimum educational qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
- Must not be more than 35 years of age.
- 1 to 5 years of proven marketing, sales, or field operations experience, preferably within the banking or fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N115,000 to N130,000.
