Key Responsibilities- Drive membership sales and promote facility packages to prospective clients in Jos.
- Manage front desk operations, providing a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of member satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, memberships, and daily front desk activities.
- Relevant academic qualifications with proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
