Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and provide accurate information to clients.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal paying customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market trends analysis, and competitor activity updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management abilities.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and promotional activities when required.
