About the Role

Established in 2008, Cedarcrest has grown from a specialized orthopaedic facility into a multi-specialty hospital offering world-class healthcare services comparable to international standards. In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial strategies, expand our corporate partnerships, and drive patient acquisition to ensure continued business success and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust commercial strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, corporate organizations, HMOs, and insurance companies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare business opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate corporate outreach, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage corporate accounts actively to increase patient referrals and overall hospital revenue.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 15 years of relevant commercial management, business development, or sales experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, insurance, or HMO service industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial and business development targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business development tools.
