We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this field-based role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence by promoting our premium hair products to businesses within and around the bustling Balogun Market. Key Responsibilities- Conduct field visits to companies and businesses within and around Balogun Market to introduce and promote our hair products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, prospecting aggressively to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Achieve and surpass assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and daily field activities.
- Gather market intelligence, providing valuable feedback on customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent JV Management Consulting with utmost professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related commercial role is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
- Familiarity with Balogun Market and its surrounding commercial environment is strictly required.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive under pressure to meet targets.
- Background or previous experience in selling hair, beauty, fashion, or related fast-moving consumer goods will be an added advantage.
