In this exciting role, you will represent Marsand out in the field, building strategic relationships with prospective clients and industry professionals to turn daily activities into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote Marsand's premium bespoke joinery services to property developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and real estate professionals.
- Identify and develop new business prospects through targeted field visits, networking, and strategic referrals.
- Locate active residential and commercial projects requiring custom kitchens, wardrobes, doors, TV consoles, and bespoke joinery solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective clients, project requirements, locations, and lead statuses using our internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the office-based sales and customer service teams to hand over warm leads and ensure proper client follow-up.
- Gather valuable market intelligence regarding competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging areas for business expansion.
- Submit regular, detailed reports highlighting field activities, meetings held, and overall pipeline progress.
- Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or real estate marketing within the Nigerian market.
- Strong familiarity with the furniture, interior design, construction, or property development industries.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with high confidence in approaching new prospects.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining accurate field records.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
