About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Electronics Retail Manager to oversee the daily commercial operations and performance of our electronics category. In this role, you will be pivotal in maximizing sales, optimizing inventory control, ensuring top-tier merchandising, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and margin targets for the electronics category.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the in-store sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage stock levels, conduct physical inventory audits, and minimize stock shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate pricing, shelf tagging, and execution of visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve after-sales service or warranty issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in electronics retail, consumer electronics, or appliance management.
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, stock control, and commercial target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
