As the parent company of prestigious brands like Cleopatra, Macaulay, Hair Me, and Hair Parade, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality human hair bundles, wigs, and accessories. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about beauty, retail, and exceptional customer service to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering expert product advice, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Drive daily sales operations to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards of the business premises.
- Manage inventory tracking and follow up closely with the supply chain team to ensure prompt product availability.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain comprehensive daily sales records.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven work experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar commercial role, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be resident in Nigeria and ready to resume work immediately.
