Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a leading home care and support agency dedicated to delivering top-tier services across Nigeria, with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt. We are currently looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Sales Representative to boost our retail operations at our Ikeja location. Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive sales by effectively promoting company offerings and meeting monthly targets.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and active promotions.
- Process customer purchases and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage feedback professionally.
- Assist in merchandising and arranging products to enhance store appearance.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Must be female, aged between 26 and 34 years.
- Minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-focused orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas for seamless commute.
