About the Role
FoodCo Limited is a diversified consumer goods company with interests in retail, fast-food restaurants, entertainment, and manufacturing. From our humble beginnings as a fresh foods stall in Ibadan, we have grown into a leading multichannel retail brand in South-West Nigeria. We are currently recruiting early career graduates for our Sales Operations Officer Leadership Development Program to build the next generation of retail leaders who will champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth across our various branches.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize inventory management, maintain visually appealing sales floors, and uphold strict operational standards.
- Commit to comprehensive training programs and diverse rotational assignments across retail outlets.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of FoodCo's product lines, services, and the complete retail value chain from procurement to store placement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and mastering cross-selling techniques.
- Foster positive working relationships with store personnel, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Embody and promote the core values and culture of FoodCo Nigeria Limited within all retail environments.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
- 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC professional experience.
- Maximum age limit of 27 years.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
