DrugStoc eHub Limited is on a mission to empower healthcare providers for a healthier Africa through innovative supply chain solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager (Electronic Channels & VMI) to join our growing team in Nigeria. This strategic role sits at the critical intersection of sales, finance, procurement, marketing, and fulfillment operations, transforming commercial strategies into structured, measurable, and accountable operating processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end six-stage client pipeline, ensuring rigorous conversion tracking and process accountability across teams.
- Oversee marketing-to-business hand-offs, seamless client onboarding, and effective cross-functional coordination.
- Supervise ERP tagging, virtual warehouse oversight, and the auto-generated sales order cycle management.
- Monitor comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate performance reports, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Drive account health assessments, proactive churn-risk monitoring, and strategic revenue expansion.
- Provide robust oversight of the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programme, handling reconciliations and operational risk control.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in sales operations, supply chain, or commercial process management within Nigeria.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to drive accountability across diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or e-commerce fulfillment landscape in Nigeria.
