We are currently looking for an energetic and driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic field team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Approach and actively engage potential customers in bustling markets and local business areas across Lagos.
- Educate prospective clients on our diverse range of accessible loan products, terms, and financial benefits.
- Guide and assist customers seamlessly through loan applications and the digital onboarding process.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly loan disbursement targets set by the organization.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with small business owners and market associations to foster brand loyalty.
- No prior work experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided upon resumption.
- Must be highly comfortable and enthusiastic about working in field-based environments such as markets, shops, and commercial areas.
- Possess strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Residency in Lagos with a deep familiarity with commercial hubs and local markets is a distinct advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
