About the Role
PalmPay is building a revolutionary digital ecosystem to provide millions of customers with the best choice and value in financial services. We are currently looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Officers to join our growing field team across Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, and Rivers. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our financial inclusion initiatives by introducing our innovative loan products directly to market traders and small business owners.
Key Responsibilities- Approach and actively engage potential customers within busy local markets, commercial hubs, and business areas.
- Educate customers comprehensively on PalmPay's available loan products, features, and financial benefits.
- Assist customers seamlessly with loan applications, document collection, and the digital onboarding process.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily and weekly loan disbursement targets set by the organization.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with merchants and small business owners to encourage repeat usage.
- No prior sales or banking experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided upon resumption.
- Must be highly comfortable and energetic about working in a field-based environment, including markets and shops.
- Possess good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse customers.
- Must currently reside in one of the designated locations: Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers.
