Heirs Insurance Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer for our Corporate Group to help challenge traditional insurance norms across Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business development goals by providing simple, accessible protection solutions to corporate and individual clients. Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue lucrative sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach to attract prospective corporate clients.
- Promote and sell comprehensive insurance products, effectively communicating features and benefits to meet distinct client needs.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive account growth, secure repeat business, and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless transaction execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, communicate client feedback for product improvement, and participate in regular performance reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly reports, daily call memos, and sales activity logs for review by the Head Corporate Group.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable tertiary institution in any relevant discipline.
- Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the Nigerian insurance industry, financial markets, and business strategy.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high execution focus.
