Key Responsibilities- Proactively approach, engage, and pitch potential customers within busy local markets and designated business areas.
- Educate prospective clients on PalmPay's diverse loan products, terms, and key financial benefits.
- Guide and assist customers smoothly through the digital loan application and onboarding process.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly loan disbursement targets set by the management team.
- Act as a reliable brand ambassador for PalmPay by maintaining professional and positive customer interactions in the field.
- No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive professional training will be provided upon resumption.
- Must be highly comfortable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, field-based environment across markets and commercial hubs in Abuja.
- Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with diverse clients.
- Must currently reside in Abuja and possess strong familiarity with major commercial areas within the city.
