Key Responsibilities- Proactively approach, engage, and pitch loan products to potential customers directly within bustling markets, commercial areas, and local shops.
- Educate business owners and individuals on the terms, benefits, and value proposition of PalmPay loan offerings.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the loan application, documentation, and digital onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with local business communities to foster brand loyalty and trust.
- No prior work experience is required, as comprehensive professional training will be fully provided upon resumption.
- Must be highly comfortable and energetic about working in outdoor, field-based environments such as markets and commercial districts.
- Exceptional interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills to effectively engage diverse clientele.
- Must currently reside in one of the approved locations: Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers.
