About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team across multiple locations in Nigeria including Ajah, Badagry, Gbagada, Challenge, Alakia, Ilorin, and Kano. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing sales data, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and collaborating with our sales teams to drive remarkable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration and execution of merchandising plans.
- Implement merchandising strategies and guidelines provided by the company to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure proper placement, positioning, and presentation of products in retail stores, including shelf displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional materials.
- Regularly assess product availability, stock levels, and merchandising compliance across assigned stores.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and increase sales through creative merchandising displays and promotions.
- Educate customers and retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling points to enhance product knowledge and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, recommending adjustments to merchandising strategies as necessary.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product launches to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
