About the Role
SKLD Integrated Services LLC, Nigeria's leading provider of relief products and educational supplies, is seeking a talented E-Commerce Officer to join our dynamic team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our digital footprint, optimizing online sales, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage SKLD’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are accurately listed, categorized, priced, and visually appealing.
- Drive online revenue growth by implementing strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate online orders from placement to fulfillment, collaborating closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor e-commerce metrics, track sales performance, and identify slow-moving or high-performing inventory.
- Support the planning and execution of online promotions, digital marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Resolve customer feedback, reviews, complaints, and returns promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize digital marketplace operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Jumia, Konga, Shopify, or WooCommerce is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a commercial, sales-driven mindset.
