About the Role
Mayluv World is a premier interior design consultancy and decor furnishing brand dedicated to elevating spaces with cost-effective elegance. We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead our commercial department from our Skymall, Sangotedo location along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos. This is a high-impact, player-coach position designed for a self-driven professional who thrives on leading by example, closing high-value deals, and actively scaling our retail and digital presence without requiring micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities- Drive daily retail sales and lead generation efforts from our physical showroom at Skymall, Sangotedo, Lagos.
- Execute consultative selling by assessing client spaces, style preferences, precise measurements, and tailored budgets.
- Oversee, mentor, and elevate the performance of the retail sales team to consistently surpass monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement modern retail marketing strategies, leveraging social media and digital channels to boost brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery from initial consultation to final interior decor installation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of hands-on sales success, preferably within the luxury retail, interior design, or home decor industry in Lagos.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and translating client visions into actionable, revenue-generating solutions.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and modern retail acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to act as a player-coach who takes complete ownership of team performance.
