We are currently looking for a confident, proactive, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in driving brand growth and expanding our corporate client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the company’s recruitment and training services to increase brand visibility in the market
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients to drive revenue growth
- Conduct field visits to organizations and prospective clients to pitch company offerings
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional marketing materials effectively
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Generate quality leads and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Prior work experience in a sales or marketing role will be a distinct advantage
