About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager (South West 1) to lead our regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence across assigned territories in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share within the South West 1 zone.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and manage key accounts in the veterinary and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve optimal performance and exceed quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning.
- Represent Kachelan Pharma-Research Limited at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure regular reporting on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback to the executive management team.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), HND, or BSc in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
- Proven professional sales experience, with a strong background in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry being a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the South West 1 region.
- Target-driven mindset with proven self-motivation and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
