Westfield Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the marketing of petroleum products, including diesel, petrol, lubricants, and integrated energy solutions. In this pivotal role, you will ensure revenue growth, expand our market presence across industrial and commercial sectors, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction within Nigeria's competitive downstream petroleum industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and volume targets in petroleum product supply.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and marine sectors to aggressively expand market share.
  • Maintain robust relationships with key accounts and high-value clients to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor downstream industry trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory updates to refine sales approaches.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide sales executives to foster high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operations, logistics, and environmental consultancy teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian petroleum marketing regulations, safety protocols, and corporate environmental policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is a distinct advantage.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in petroleum product marketing and business development within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the downstream petroleum market, regulatory frameworks, and commercial pricing dynamics.
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully acquiring major corporate clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Prior familiarity with environmental consultancy, waste management, or pollution control is an added advantage.
