About the Role
Rising Energy Nigeria Company Limited is an operational corporate entity registered in Nigeria, primarily active within the country's rapidly growing alternative energy and sustainable power sectors. We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial operations, lead our high-performing sales team, and expand our footprint in the renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in Nigeria's alternative energy sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear Key Performance Indicators and providing ongoing training and performance evaluations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key B2B clients, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders in the sustainable power industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for executive management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the solar, alternative energy, or tech-driven industrial sectors in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets and building robust distribution networks.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian renewable energy landscape and regulatory environment.
