Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality risk assets including operating and finance leases.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in client organizations to foster profitable partnerships.
- Proactively approach potential clients to establish new business relationships and expand our market reach.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to help develop innovative, profitable leasing products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase profitability and encourage contract renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as a Lease Officer or in a similar asset-financing role.
