Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients to expand our market share and revenue.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and repeat business.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business presentations to uncover emerging logistics opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline growth.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the logistics, courier, freight, or transportation industry in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
