Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms to ensure seamless field operations and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the commercial and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and roll out new digital tools.
- Analyze field data and generate comprehensive performance reports to guide strategic decision-making and sales target achievements.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to drive high adoption rates and effective utilization of SFA systems.
- Monitor data integrity, user access, and system workflows to maintain optimal platform performance across all Nigerian regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM management, or commercial operations within FMCG or related industries.
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting SFA mobile and web applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
