Key Responsibilities- Assist the sales and marketing team in identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate and leisure accounts.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to drive hotel occupancy, event bookings, and revenue growth.
- Conduct property tours for potential clients, showcasing our world-class rooms, dining options, and event facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings within the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with front office and banqueting teams to ensure seamless service delivery for booked events and guests.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Lagos hospitality sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of relevant internship or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
