About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our kitchen appliances division in the Nigerian market. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our retail and distributor networks, driving revenue, and reinforcing our market presence through strategic relationship management and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop, expand, and manage robust distributor and retail networks across key Nigerian wholesale markets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor evolving market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior sales representatives to optimize team performance and field execution.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience strictly within the kitchen appliances sector.
- Deep understanding of kitchen appliances and extensive familiarity with Nigerian wholesale markets.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and high-level negotiation skills.
