About the Role
At BOGO Beverages, we are game changers working together with fresh ideas to redefine the beverage industry in Nigeria. We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Benin, Edo State. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, strengthening key partnerships with distributors and retailers, and significantly expanding our brand footprint across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within Benin and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients and trade partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product availability, optimal shelf visibility, pricing compliance, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, brand activations, and trade marketing activities to boost consumer engagement.
- Gather critical market intelligence by monitoring competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management team.
- Possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven field sales experience within the FMCG or beverage sector.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious targets.
- Must currently reside in Benin and possess strong familiarity with the local trade terrain.
