About the Role
BONS Industries Limited, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor of premium bakery materials, food ingredients, breakfast cereals, and packaged foods since 1989, seeks a dynamic Sales Executive/Business Developer for our Port Harcourt operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our continued growth while representing high-quality products across Nigeria's South-South region.
Key Responsibilities- Execute direct product sales and distribution from company vehicles to retail partners and end customers
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base within Port Harcourt and surrounding areas
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Represent BONS Industries' brand values and commitment to quality excellence
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline
- Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Competent numeracy skills and meticulous record-keeping abilities
- Sales experience and demonstrated track record of target achievement
