About the Role
Bee Shop E-Commerce Limited is a next-generation E-Commerce 5.0 platform transforming traditional online shopping into an active co-creation model. We are currently looking for dynamic, target-driven, and articulate Sales Executives and Brand Promoters to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will represent our innovative brand, engage potential customers, demonstrate our mobile app, and guide users through seamless registration and order placement while earning competitive financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective customers in person, introducing Bee Shop’s unique platform and exciting benefits including 100% cashback offers.
- Guide users step-by-step through the app download process, account registration, and completing their very first purchases.
- Participate actively in company marketing campaigns, physical activations, and live promotional events across Lagos.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily and weekly targets for new user activations and app orders.
- Provide exceptional customer support during field interactions and collect valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in sales, field marketing, brand promotion, or customer engagement.
- Outstanding verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in navigating smartphone applications and digital tools.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Attractive base allowance of 270,000 NGN upon meeting customer activation targets.
- Lucrative performance commission earning up to 540,000 NGN in additional incentives, bringing total earning potential up to 810,000 NGN.
