- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nigerian market to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivered solutions effectively meet client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct compelling presentations and pitches to prospective corporate clients.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or software industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, lead-generation, and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
