About the Role
Pace Associate and Integrated Consult Ltd is an established professional services firm providing comprehensive geo-spatial, construction, and property investment solutions in Nigeria. Headquartered along the Abiodun Atiba Road in Oyo State, the firm integrates advanced technical engineering with modern estate agency to support sustainable regional development. We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales leads within the construction, property investment, and geo-spatial sectors.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company services to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Nigeria.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to corporate and individual clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or professional services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian property market and professional services landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a result-oriented team in a fast-paced environment.
