About the Role
Bluebulb Financials Limited is a leading financial technology company based in Lekki, Lagos, dedicated to simplifying cross-border payments for African businesses. We empower companies to seamlessly pay global suppliers and receive funds from anywhere in the world through innovative solutions including treasury management, foreign exchange advisory, and cross-border payments. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sector Lead to spearhead our expansion within the Textile and Apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth within the Textile and Apparel sector through targeted client acquisition and successful deal execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sector-specific strategies to increase market share and transaction volumes.
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers and high-value corporate clients.
- Identify lucrative new business opportunities, commercial partnerships, and alternative revenue streams within the industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Treasury, Operations, and Compliance, to ensure seamless transaction and deal execution.
- Oversee robust pipeline management, ensuring strong conversion rates from initial prospect to final consummation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within textiles, apparel, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing high-value corporate client portfolios.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and superior stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Strong leadership capability to guide sector-focused strategies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Nigerian fintech environment.
