About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused Bakery Sales Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across Abuja. In this dynamic field-based role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by engaging with hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, caterers, and corporate clients within the food-service industry. Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new bakery and food-service customers across designated territories in Abuja.
- Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, caterers, and institutions to generate sales.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Promote bakery-related products effectively and consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow up promptly on customer inquiries, product needs, and order fulfillments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and identify emerging sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and regular sales reports alongside valuable customer feedback to management.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the bakery, flour, food, or FMCG sectors.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- A presentable, highly confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Demonstrated willingness and physical stamina to work as a field sales representative covering multiple locations in Abuja.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Existing professional contacts and active network within Abuja restaurants, hotels, and cafes will be a distinct advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦150,000 to ₦170,000.
