9th & Olive Ltd, the maker of BusyBreakfast, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Executive to join our growing team in Abuja. In this exciting field sales role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence across supermarkets, retail outlets, and distribution networks. Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily field visits to supermarkets, neighbourhood stores, and wholesale distributors across assigned Abuja routes.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail accounts to expand distribution channels.
- Manage inventory levels, take reorders, and ensure high product visibility and merchandising standards in all stores.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing regular market feedback to the management team.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in FMCG, retail, field sales, or business development.
- Extensive geographical knowledge of Abuja and familiarity with local retail networks.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and resilience with a target-driven mindset.
- Competitive base salary of NGN 120,000 monthly.
- Monthly transport allowance of NGN 30,000.
- Uncapped 5% commission on all paid sales with limitless earning potential.
